Lead the Vulcan NRTE team and ensure delivery of safety, programme, customer and financial objectives

Ensure effective implementation of company and site HSE policy
Be accountable for site safety performance
Lead and ensure appropriate professional development of all Vulcan employees
Collaborate with the site Authorisee's office to ensure effective delivery of all Authorisation conditions
Ensure all site programmes, customer and financial performance in line with commitments
Lead development of options and associated business appraisals for realisation of an ensuring RR presence in Caithness

A breadth of leadership experience
Senior operational and/or programme management experience in complex, highly regulated engineering contexts
A track record of delivery of tactical, operational and strategic objectives in an environment of change and uncertainty
Broad understanding of implementation and delivery of requirements to support operations in a highly regulated environment
Experience of the development and delivery of large scale business strategies is desirable
Proven ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
