About this role
Role Overview
You work on high-impact client projects, from qualification through to delivering value in production
You frame and qualify AI use cases: functional feasibility, success criteria, and identification of risks and data dependencies
You design the functional architecture of solutions (copilots, AI agents, RAG): scenarios, business rules, and strategies for handling limitations and hallucinations
You drive end-to-end delivery: backlog, roadmap, multi‑stakeholder coordination (IT, business units, cloud partners), and milestone tracking
You organize and lead functional acceptance: test plans, acceptance criteria, and go/no‑go decisions with stakeholders
You structure AI‑ready knowledge bases: classification, semantic quality, and alignment with reference datasets (Golden Data)
You drive adoption and measure created value: usage KPIs, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement post go‑live
You help industrialize internal AI practices: lessons learned (REX), templates, and reusable best practices for copilots/agents/RAG
Requirements
5+ years' experience, depending on technical maturity, in roles combining delivery, business analysis (AMOA) and/or product management within data or digital contexts
Strong understanding of GenAI solutions: copilots, AI agents, RAG — you understand their mechanisms, limitations and functional implications
Ability to translate complex business needs into backlog items, functional specifications and user journeys
Comfortable with data quality and governance challenges, including knowledge bases for AI use cases
Results‑oriented: you measure your contribution by adoption and value created, not just by delivery
A willingness to mentor and a desire to help grow an AI team
Sensitivity to Responsible AI issues: traceability, GDPR, and functional compliance
Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP)
A collaborative mindset for sharing knowledge: lessons learned (REX), documentation and standardization of practices
