Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric business value for healthcare stakeholders.
Continuously refine messaging based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
Conduct market research on provider data challenges, regulatory changes, and interoperability trends.
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, prospects, analysts, and win/loss analysis to inform strategy.
Clearly define and communicate competitive differentiation.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and releases.
Define target segments, buyer personas, and key use cases (e.g., provider data management, network management, compliance, analytics).
Partner with demand generation to drive pipeline growth through campaigns, content, and events.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for key strategic partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing joint impact.
Equip sales and customer-facing teams with compelling materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI tools).
Train teams to confidently articulate product value, differentiation, and use cases.
Support strategic deals with tailored messaging and content to improve win rates.
Develop high-impact content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and webinars.
Partner with internal subject matter experts to establish Verato as a thought leader in provider identity and data intelligence.
Support analyst relations and PR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare technology, data, or SaaS.
Experience working in or marketing to the healthcare ecosystem—especially provider data, directories, credentialing, or network management—is highly preferred.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution.
Experience partnering closely with sales and customer success teams on enablement and deal support.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with identity resolution, MDM, or data quality solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with product marketing frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) is a plus.
