Assist the CM Lead in managing all processes and the timely delivery of Keywords’ Community Management services across multiple projects.
Working across strategy products.
Provide cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
Assist the CM Lead in the production and delivery of performance reports to an agreed format and schedule.
Managing client interactions when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
Assist with training and coaching of new and existing Community Managers.
Foster and maintain a positive work environment – build engagement, resolve conflicts.

Proven experience (min. 2 years) within Community Management and/or Social Media Management in gaming.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with proven ability to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts.
Possesses a curious, self-motivated attitude and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
