Role Overview
- Build a high-performing development organization
- Promote a modern learning culture and coach team leads
- Contribute to product and development roadmaps and define clear technical target states
- Implement and further develop hardware-oriented (low-level) software architectures and CI/CD pipelines
- Take responsibility for integrating new technologies in the areas of Cloud and AI
Requirements
- Solid experience in leadership roles within software development
- Expertise in modern complex software architectures, DevOps, cloud architectures, and scalability
- Experience with AI prototypes and integrating them into development processes
- Proven experience leading larger teams
- Very good German skills (C1)
