Champion a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to product development—setting success metrics, running A/B tests, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with operations to ensure product readiness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify friction in customer experience, internal workflows, or partner integration—and drive cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.

Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, BaaS, embedded finance, or enterprise platforms, delivering products from zero-to-one as well as scaling existing offerings.
Subject matter expertise in stablecoins and AI, with a track record of turning frontier tech into real-world financial products that balance innovation with regulatory rigor.
Proven ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across complex systems, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial drivers, trade-offs, and how to drive impact across P&L-like metrics, even without formal ownership.
Data-driven decision maker with hands-on experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and driving measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product workflows, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and their practical impact.
Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-accountability environments; thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like setting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, guide executive conversations, and align cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring or managing product managers, and a desire to grow into broader product leadership responsibilities over time.
