SQOR.ai is a company focused on transforming data into actionable insights through an AI-native analytics platform. The role of Co-Founder, Director of AI Product Management and Delivery involves overseeing the entire product delivery lifecycle, managing agile processes, and ensuring alignment between engineering, AI, and client teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of tradition and AI product features, infrastructure upgrades, client implementations, and marketplace integrations
- Define scope, write detailed requirements documents (PRDs), and translate them into actionable epics and user stories
- Manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, and velocity tracking across multiple engineering squads
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, and release planning ceremonies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence including technical specifications, process documentation, and delivery runbooks
- Ensure requirements include testable acceptance criteria and coordinate with QA on validation
- Track and report on delivery metrics, sprint health, and blockers with clear escalation paths
- Serve as single point of accountability for on-time delivery of client implementations and enterprise integrations
- Partner with sales and customer success to manage client onboarding timelines and delivery commitments
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and blockers
- Own delivery of SaaS data connectors and enterprise integrations, coordinating across engineering and integration teams
- Run project kickoffs, manage dependencies, and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement
- Act as the operational hub connecting engineering, product, AI, and customer teams
- Lead triage sessions to prioritize bugs, scope features, and resolve blockers
- Surface dependencies early and drive resolution across teams
- Translate technical requirements from AI and backend teams into clear engineering specifications
- Work with CEO and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for delivery health
- Manage delivery and maintenance of SQOR's listings across AWS Marketplace, GCP, Snowflake, and Salesforce AppExchange
- Serve as primary liaison with Google Cloud ISV Springboard team, coordinating on technical integration, co-marketing opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Leverage SQOR's position as a top Google Cloud partner to drive marketplace visibility and adoption
- Coordinate packaging, compliance requirements, documentation, and listing approvals
- Improve developer onboarding experience including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Software Development Kits (SDKs), and technical documentation
