Regularly track and report the real impact of implemented AI solutions to the investment teams
Enable teams to use AI independently and responsibly to build sustainable capabilities across the portfolio

Several years of experience in IT strategy consulting or Enterprise Architecture Management
Business mindset: You understand corporate processes and can translate technical implementations into business logic (ROI, payback period)
AI depth: Deep expertise in LLMs and agent concepts, ideally with a focus on automating complex business workflows
Analytics: Ability to make success measurable and to distinguish substance from hype
Personality: You act as a peer-level sparring partner for management and investment teams
