Responsible for providing leadership and operational expertise in the execution of Phase I-III clinical trials across Europe.
Serve as the main operational contact for assigned clinical trial sites.
Provide leadership and oversight for all operational aspects of site performance.
Support feasibility assessments and site selection activities.
Drive efficiency in study start-up and expedite site activation timelines.
Act as a facilitator between Summit functions and site teams.
Track key performance metrics to assess site progress and mitigate risks.
Develop and deploy strategies to improve site engagement and performance.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a scientific or medical discipline required.
Advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in clinical research or related functions.
Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and/or Regional/Clinical Operations Manager.
Extensive late-stage oncology clinical trial experience required.
Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory environments in Europe.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (additional European languages a plus).
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within Europe and occasionally internationally.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location.
