5+ years of experience in People Partnering or similar roles
3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent
proven ability to coach, develop, and influence People Leaders
experience leading organizational change, business transformation, and People Initiatives
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent
excellent communication with strong strategic influencing skills
extensive experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across various geographies, cultures, and businesses
navigate ambiguity and high-complex situations
operate with a high degree of autonomy
