About this role
Role Overview
Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track.
Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, take progress photos, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the local representative for customer relations while the back office manages administration.
Requirements
Experience in home renovation or construction project management is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate.
Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas (mileage included in $30/hr rate).
Must use your own cell phone (software/app costs covered by the company).
Laptop helpful but not required.
Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required.
Comfortable with flexible, variable hours (10–30 per week).
