Role Overview
- Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems.
- Ensure job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports.
- Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers.
- Maintain all company-issued equipment and tools.
- Follow all NOV HSE and operational policies.
- Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers.
- Report job site incidents, near misses, and abnormal conditions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred.
- Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
