Manage end-to-end bi-weekly/weekly payroll for NUMBER OF employees across multiple states.
Meticulously review timesheets, pay rates, deductions, bonuses, and overtime to ensure zero errors.
Stay updated on changing tax laws, benefits regulations, and labor laws to maintain 100% compliance.
Act as the go-to person for employee payroll inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain and update payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom) and ensure seamless integration.
Prepare accurate, timely payroll reports for management, finance, and auditors.
Lead the year-end process, including W-2 review and distribution.

3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
Advanced proficiency in ADP, Sage and Excel
Strong knowledge of multi-state tax laws and garnishment processing.
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a major plus.
