Role Overview
- Researching and resolving HR system problems
- Perform scheduled activities
- Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Troubleshoot and research solutions through technology communities and case managers
Requirements
- Provide support for HRIS technology team
- Collaborate with HRIS technology team
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades
- Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert to consult with end-users
