Provide leadership and coaching to increase sales and lead generation activities.
Develop a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers in support of market development activities.
Create and report sales forecast and territory need utilizing a CRM platform.
Evaluate dealer and distributor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
5 years technical sales experience with a focus on HVAC & B2B with proven sales growth track record.
Strong presentation and communication skills – Fluent in French.
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
BA/BS in technical or business-related field of study, or equivalent experience.
