Lead full lifecycle onboarding of partner data feeds (policy, coverage, register, and claims files).
Interpret and tailor data requirements based on each partner’s systems and specific P&C product lines.
Validate test files for structure, mapping accuracy, exposure states, coverage alignment, and premium logic.
Coordinate SFTP setup, file routing, and partner-specific IDs and hierarchies.
Facilitate data requirement walkthroughs with partner technology teams and internal SMEs.
Perform in-depth validation of partner data including premium calculations, written vs. earned methodologies, LOB and coverage mapping, loss type and claim coding, structural and business rule validation errors.
Identify recurring data issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to partners.
Monitor month-end file timeliness and accuracy; escalate delays or quality concerns.
Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and accounting teams to ensure all data elements required for pricing, reserving, reporting, and performance measurement are delivered.
Collaborate with Stat Reporting to align with regulatory data needs.
Coordinate with Data Engineering to troubleshoot ingestion issues and implement ongoing improvements.
Maintain partner-specific documentation covering requirements, mappings, business rules, and historical nuances.
Analyze recurring partner issues and propose improvements to onboarding workflows or validation frameworks.
Support development and refinement of Power BI Partner Data Quality dashboards.
Contribute to reducing partner onboarding time and improving data feed reliability.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data integration, data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong working knowledge of P&C insurance data, including policy structures, coverage details, premium transactions, and claims workflows.
Proficiency with SQL for data validation, profiling, and root-cause investigation.
Familiarity with data formats such as CSV, XML, or partner-generated structured files.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, or specialty lines of business.
Understanding of premium methodologies (Western vs. Standard), risk-attaching vs. earned-through policies, and exposure-based rating.
Experience working with partners such as MGAs, TPAs, or program administrators.
Familiarity with Power BI, data governance, or stat reporting.
