Build, manage and report on all Brazil CRM campaigns for weight-loss and hair-loss categories
Translate business objectives into CRM strategies to drive increasingly effective results in customer acquisition and retention
Design, manage and report A/B tests and experiments to ensure continuous improvement across CRM campaigns, including cart abandonment, churn recovery, prospecting, promotions and member-get-member (referral)
Continuously review the user communication journey to reduce the number of contacts (support tickets) and create a smoother experience
Work closely (daily interaction) with the UK team to ensure alignment on global strategy and sharing of best practices, and interact with the Head of Growth for the category to align on strategic priorities and define actions
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce or similar
Fluent in English
Exceptional written proficiency in Portuguese (PT)
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML and SQL
Knowledge of lifecycle marketing
Highly analytical profile, able to build reports and track performance
Ability to perform strategic analysis of the customer journey and propose actions to meet or improve business objectives
Experience working with creative teams (copy/design), creating briefs and processes to drive content production
