Requirements
7+ years in strategy, growth, product or product marketing, ideally in healthcare, consumer, or digital businesses.
Proven success in scaling customer-facing propositions – from shaping strategy through to execution and iteration.
Strong commercial acumen: you’re confident with pricing, financial modelling, and defining performance metrics.
Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional, human-centred healthcare experiences.
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across product, clinical, marketing, and legal teams.
Familiarity with recent AI developments and how they can improve care delivery or operational efficiency is a plus.
Clear, structured communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
