Own agency-wide strategic positioning and narrative, ensuring strategy is central to how we win, retain and grow clients.
Evolve and codify “The Coolr Way” repeatable strategic frameworks, tools and templates that raise consistency and quality across all accounts and pitches
Act as a senior strategic partner to key clients, leading long-term social & influencer strategies, QBRs, roadmaps and multi-market thinking.
Take ownership of strategy in new business, shaping compelling narratives and leading strategic development and presentations, working closely with the Coolr growth team to ensure we are consistently delivering best in class outputs.
Champion a shift from reactive, tactical delivery to insight-led, long-term strategic thinking across the agency.
Strengthen Coolr’s insight and reporting capability, moving from “what happened” to “what happens next” through clearer storytelling, automation and standardisation.
Work closely with Studios, Client Services, Growth and Ops to ensure strategy is integrated, collaborative and commercially effective.
Use data, trends and cultural insight to inform decisions and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in strategy roles within social, creative or integrated agencies, with senior leadership experience.
A proven track record of building and leading high-performing strategy teams in fast-growth environments.
Deep expertise in social-first strategy, cultural insight, audience thinking and platform-native planning.
Experience creating scalable strategic IP, frameworks and tools… not just brilliant one-off thinking.
Confident operating at senior client and C-suite level, with strong presentation and influencing skills.
Commercially minded, with experience supporting new business wins and organic account growth.
Comfortable balancing hands-on strategic input with delegation and team empowerment.
Strong collaborator who can bring teams together and challenge constructively when needed.
An international perspective: experience with US or global clients is a bonus but not essential.
