Your goal is to optimize the highly complex AdTech tool
You help clients make the most of their ad spaces, monetize them and manage them effectively
You act as the bridge between backend logic and the user experience
You perform intensive testing of the tool, identify weaknesses and determine which features provide real value
You understand user interactions across all touchpoints and uncover platform shortcomings
You also take on tasks in product design and product development
You develop new features and ensure the quality and technical reliability of new releases through structured testing
You support the team with troubleshooting by analyzing bugs and logs in detail
You make decisions based on research, data and cross-functional feedback
Requirements
Degree in a technical field or a program with a strong technical component, e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics
At least 5 years of professional experience in the AdTech industry
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for an IT tool
At least 1 year responsible for the end-to-end development of an AdTech tool or feature
Extensive knowledge in: feature testing, QA, test case writing, validating system logic, identifying edge cases and regressions, interpreting logs, debugging delivery issues, explaining system behavior, and identifying cause-and-effect across platforms, tools and integrations
Deep understanding of Retail Analytics, Programmatic Advertising, ad servers, SSP, DOOH, in-store retail media, Wi‑Fi tracking, network management, digital marketing, DMP, OOH, print
Broad industry knowledge within the AdTech field, including business context
Enjoys sharing knowledge with the team and working hands-on
Business‑fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
