Role Overview
- Serve as the main point of contact for other squads and the product team
- Ensure high-quality delivery from your squad
- Review pull requests and designs; oversee technical decisions
- Lead by example and promote strong technical guidelines and robust architectural patterns
- Define and communicate clear, SMART objectives
- Foster the well-being and growth of your squad through mentoring, regular 1:1s, and team-building activities
- Be actively involved in the hiring process
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Strong knowledge of robust and scalable architectural patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working on large-scale projects in fast-paced environments
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required
