Manage and prepare pre-litigation and litigation files, primarily in urban planning/land-use law
Manage and coordinate external service providers
Provide legal advice to internal teams in the covered areas
Monitor legal developments in the covered areas
Participate in cross-functional assignments for the Unit and the Legal Department
Centralize legal documentation
Update the Unit’s databases and dashboards
Contribute to the improvement of the Legal Department’s tools
Participate in the development and facilitation of legal processes
Design and deliver internal training sessions on the relevant topics
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) minimum, e.g., Master 2 in litigation, administrative litigation or urban planning law, preferably complemented by the CAPA (French bar admission certificate)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in-house or at a law firm
Strong command of procedures before administrative and judicial courts
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and confidence in using legal databases
Good professional working proficiency in English
Excellent command of Microsoft Office
