Role Overview
- Ensure legal safeguarding and compliance of photovoltaic projects
- Analyze, draft, review and participate in the negotiation of commercial contracts
- Provide assistance and prepare any legal documents required to participate in tenders/public procurement
- Advise and support management and operational teams in the structuring, negotiation, formalization and execution of commercial contracts
Requirements
- Master's degree (Master 2) in Contract Law or Business/Commercial Law
- At least 5 years' proven professional experience in contract law
- Expertise in negotiating EPC and O&M contracts
- Professional proficiency in legal English
