Ensure maintenance and proper operation of the Group's IT infrastructure systems.
Administer and maintain servers, storage systems and networks.
Ensure availability, performance and security of infrastructures.
Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Manage the telephone fleet via MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Produce technical reports and document configurations and interventions.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in systems and network administration and cybersecurity.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position within a company, in a multi-site environment.
Experience in an international environment is a plus.
Proficiency with operating systems, networks, databases and IT infrastructure software (VMware and Veeam).
Experience with Microsoft 365 environment.
Knowledge of maintenance and support for IT infrastructure systems and an understanding of cybersecurity challenges.
Proficiency in English is essential.
