Configuration, monitoring and optimization of IT systems
Ensuring smooth operation including troubleshooting
Documentation of delivered services
Independent responsibility for patch and change management

Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
Several years of experience operating virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
Solid experience administering servers in high-availability environments with Windows and Linux (RHEL)
Experience with SAN environments (Storage Area Networking)
Basic knowledge of datacenter network administration, particularly Cisco technologies
Initial experience with security technologies such as Cisco or other cybersecurity solutions is desirable
Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Strong customer and service orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
