Requirements
Demonstrable and extensive experience managing API driven architecture and software development lifecycles within an Agile framework.
Proven track record in leading software engineering and product delivery teams.
Hands-on experience in one or more digital financial product areas: Open/Digital Banking, eWallets/digital payments, Crypto/digital asset integrations, Blockchain-based applications, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS).
Strong product management experience including roadmap creation, backlog refinement, user story development, prioritisation frameworks, and product lifecycle management.
Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and strong policy management skills, particularly in DevSecOps.
Experience in resource planning, team capability development, and adherence to organisational policies.
