Partner with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other functional leaders to build robust enablement programming.
Establish KPIs to measure the direct impact of enablement programs on sales cycle compression, win rates, and client retention.
Revamp onboarding process within our Learning Management System and uplevel existing onboarding to reduce ramp time amongst Commercial hires.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of the alternative investments industry is required.
Proven track record of building enablement or instructional design programs from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
Expert-level skills in creating sophisticated, engaging training content for a highly technical audience.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
