The responsibilities of the Commercial Representative include maintaining the positive image of the product as presented by Hyundai, making regular visits to customers, keeping customer records updated, informing BMC about the buyer's credit quality, submitting requested reports within defined deadlines, placing orders according to BMC procedures and deadlines, understanding credit, shipping and delivery procedures, identifying and contacting new potential customers, handling complaints, and making recommendations based on customer needs.
The Commercial Representative is responsible for working directly on sales of our products related to the yellow line (construction equipment).
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
Reside in Fortaleza;
Experience managing a customer portfolio using CRM;
