Strong experience with C# and .NET
Solid hands on experience with Blazor for frontend development
Good understanding of object oriented programming and common design patterns
Experience building scalable backend solutions
Commercial experience with Azure and cloud based deployments
Familiarity with CI, CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps
Strong focus on user experience and customer journeys
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams
Commitment to clean code, maintainability, and best practices
Eye for visual design, including typography, colour, and interaction details
Experience working in fintech or other regulated environments
Knowledge of security standards for financial applications
Exposure to AI tools or an interest in leveraging AI within development workflows
