Excellent UI craft, able to design clear, information-dense interfaces that scale
Deep collaboration skills with engineers and product leaders from discovery through delivery
Experience contributing to or evolving design systems, reusable components, and core UX patterns
Product mindset focused on outcomes, adoption, and long-term usability
Confidence taking ownership and driving design direction, not just executing tasks
Experience designing platforms involving automation, permissions, AI, or configurable workflows (Nice to Haves)
