Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a developer, architect or tech lead working with .NET (C#)
in backend, frontend or full-stack projects
Solid competence in databases, agile software development methodologies and cloud solutions
Strong ability to view and articulate the “big picture” in complex settings, and translate that into clear, actionable solutions for both team members and clients
Proficiency in Norwegian (min. B2 level) in both spoken and written communication
