Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle.
Work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management
Work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts ensuring service delivery and documentation is consistent with all other colleagues involved in the account.
Requirements
Experienced Health and Safety professional who is self-disciplined, and client focused
Consultancy experience or experience of working across a wide range of industries / sectors
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Grad IOSH and on a definitive IPD programme to achieve CMIOSH status
Qualification in Fire Safety
