Support our clients in developing IT strategies and roadmaps that optimally support their business objectives.
Advise on the selection and implementation of ITSM tools, including requirements management, tool integration, and automation.
Analyze, design, and optimize IT service processes according to ITIL® standards and other best practices.
Support change management efforts to ensure new ITSM solutions are successfully implemented and adopted.
Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and develop optimal solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on IT Service Management topics to expand our clients' knowledge and capabilities.

Solid practical experience in ITSM consulting or a comparable role, with extensive knowledge in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing IT service processes, as well as leading complex projects.
Extensive expertise in ITIL®, complemented by knowledge of other frameworks such as Scrum, PRINCE2®, DevOps, etc.; certifications are an advantage.
Ability to communicate at eye level with clients, identify needs, and develop targeted solutions.
Strong aptitude for understanding complex interrelationships and developing innovative, pragmatic solutions.
Experience conducting workshops, trainings, and presentations for diverse audiences — from operational teams to C-level management.
Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments.
