Role Overview
- Providing a brilliant service to our clients as you provide legally compliant and high-quality advice
- Work closely with your clients and employee representatives in relation to settlement discussions
- Support with litigation and HR Consultancy work
- Deliver external client training and internal training to the trainees
Requirements
- You will be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ PQE as an employment law solicitor or adviser
- Ideally with experience supporting clients within the education sector
- Deliver high-quality, pragmatic and efficient employment law advice
- Oversee and mentor trainees and more junior advisers
