Shape our AI practice by contributing to tools and frameworks.

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI or applied data-intensive software engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python – You write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
Experience with modern GenAI tooling like Pinecone, HuggingFace, LangChain/LangSmith, or CrewAI.
Understanding of agentic architectures and trade-offs involved.
Solid understanding of retrieval-augmented generation systems and pipelines.
Experienced with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Interest in client-facing work and explaining complex ideas clearly.
