A few years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science or data engineering
Solid Python skills, including experience working with APIs, data processing and backend-style code
Experience with modern data, ML and GenAI libraries and tools (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
Familiarity with agentic LLM architectures, including concepts like tool use, orchestration, and iterative reasoning
Experience taking ML or AI solutions from prototype to production, including deployment, monitoring and iteration
Experience deploying ML or AI models into production environments
Understanding of data pipelines, APIs and integration with backend systems
Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP)
Curiosity to stay up to date with AI trends and willingness to grow your expertise
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
A growth mindset and eagerness to develop both technically and professionally
Fluent professional English and Finnish
