Role Overview

• Take full ownership of therapist and coach business performance
• Lead execution-focused business coaching that drives action, not theory
• Enable therapists and coaches to convert inbound leads into clients
• Design and implement upsell pathways across sessions, programmes and longer-term journeys
• Teach practitioners how to leverage the brand to their advantage
• Hold practitioners accountable for implementation

Requirements

• Proven track record in business growth, sales or revenue leadership
• Experience working with coaches, therapists or service-based practitioners
• Demonstrable success driving conversion and monetisation
• Strong leadership presence with high standards
