Ensure cross-product strategic consistency
so every campaign, landing page, and sales deck pulls in the same direction.
Own the website architecture and messaging
ensuring WorkFlex speaks with one coherent, compelling voice across all products and markets.
Lead SEO strategy across markets, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager on execution and prioritization.
Drive PR and narrative
shaping how WorkFlex is talked about in the press, at industry events, and across the HR tech landscape.
Actively test and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
Lead ad-hoc strategic projects including brand research, competitor analysis, market surveys, etc.
Requirements
You are proficient in German
You'll be the author of our messaging architecture for the DACH market and the quality standard for how we communicate in German.
You have 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in messaging, positioning, or brand strategy
ideally in SaaS, HR tech, legal tech, or a similarly complex solution category.
You've worked in a startup or scaleup and know how to operate without a fully built-out infrastructure around you.
You're an exceptional writer and communicator in both German and English
you can craft a positioning doc, a homepage headline, and a strategic brief with equal ease.
You have a strong enough understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content to give good direction and catch problems early
even if these aren't your primary specialisms.
You've informally (or formally) led or mentored teams before, and people find your direction clear and your feedback useful.
You're genuinely curious about AI tools and automation
and you proactively look for ways to use them to work smarter.
Experience in B2B SaaS in the HR industry, or in business travel, global mobility, or compliance-adjacent categories is a strong plus.
