As Revenue Operations Specialist , you will make sure our revenue engine runs smoothly by keeping data clean, processes reliable, and tools working for Sales and Customer Success.
You’ll work hands-on with the team while supporting leadership with insights and strategy.
We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot operator with an automation mindset (Make / n8n / Zapier + webhooks/APIs) to keep our CRM clean, workflows stable, and processes increasingly automated.
We need someone who can own HubSpot operations and integrations , maintain strong data hygiene, and continuously automate repetitive work.
Requirements
Experience with HubSpot / CRM operations , including objects, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, workflows, routing, imports, and deduplication
Strong data hygiene mindset , with experience keeping CRM data clean and reliable at scale
Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier, plus basic webhooks / API usage (JSON, auth basics, error handling)
Basic technical skills , including SQL fundamentals, some Tableau / BI exposure, and light scripting (Python or JavaScript)
Experience with enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Cognism) is a plus
Experience with Power BI and AI (nice to have, but not required)
