Translate legal requirements into structured logic: Convert immigration, tax, social security, labour law, and related rules for cross-border working scenarios into clear decision trees and system-ready compliance logic.
Design compliant operational frameworks: Create and document standardized workflows that ensure compliance requirements are applied consistently, transparently, and in a scalable way.
Define regulatory triggers and required actions: Determine when obligations such as A1/CoC, posting notifications, payroll registrations, minimum wage requirements, or work authorization apply and ensure these triggers are embedded in our compliance processes.
Apply defined compliance methodologies: Conduct compliance assessments using established standards, documentation rules, and internal quality controls.
Maintain regulatory accuracy: Monitor relevant legal developments and update compliance logic and processes where required.
Continuously improve processes and scalability: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or efficiency improvements and refine compliance frameworks to support scalable operations.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or assignment-related functions.
Hands-on exposure to assignments from a policy, compliance, analytics, or process perspective.
Proficiency in both German and English.
Strong analytical skills and an interest in automation / system-based work.
Structured, independent working style and ownership mindset.
Comfortable balancing accuracy, pragmatism, and pace in a client-driven environment.
