Work closely with the brand and marketing lead, as well as the in-house design team, to develop clear, compelling copy for campaigns and marketing collaterals
Research, conceptualise, and develop creative ideas and strategies for campaigns— including online and offline materials, video scripts, and other assets that resonate with the target audience
Collaborate with designers, PR, cross-functional teams, and external agencies on branding, marketing, and partnership initiatives
Create, edit, and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistent brand voice across all communications
Oversee and support campaign execution from production through to launch
Stay up to date with industry trends, popular culture, and emerging movements within the crypto space
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
5–6 years of experience as a copywriter or in a related role within a marketing or creative agency
Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto landscape
Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and apply nuanced stylistic differences effectively
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience collaborating across diverse functions such as brand, communications, product, channels, and production
Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous
Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines
Solid understanding of regional and cultural dynamics within Web3 and crypto communities.
