Write high‑converting emails & SMS: Subject lines, preview text, hooks, offers, CTAs—turn designs into messages that brand and sell.
Own campaign concepts & angles: Turn briefs into sharp creative strategies and scalable messaging frameworks that ladder up to revenue goals.
Craft lifecycle copy that retains: Welcome, post‑purchase, subscription, winback, churn‑save flows that increase customer LTV.
Develop landing page & offer copy: Headlines, hero sections, bullets, objection handling, FAQs, and checkout microcopy aligned to traffic and promos.
Research like a prosecutor: Pull VoC from reviews, support logs, social, and community channels; extract proof points, mechanisms, and specific claims.
Test, learn, scale: Propose A/B tests, define hypotheses, read results, and iterate to new controls.
Protect & elevate voice: Snap into each brand’s tone fast; document do’s/don’ts and collaborate closely with design and strategy.
Requirements
3+ years of conversion copywriting experience, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or subscription businesses.
Proven track record of measurable lifts from email, SMS, or landing page tests.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and funnel mapping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with Klaviyo or similar ESPs is a plus.
Comfort proposing and running experiments; basic familiarity with A/B testing principles and analytics.
High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑moving, high‑standards environment.
