Customer Service Specialist – Apprenticeship Level 3

Role Overview

• Assisting customers and providing great customer service on Cloud Marketplace and cloud consumption platforms
• Work with Grey Matter sales teams to provide expert support in moving customers to Microsoft cloud
• Ensure correct licenses for both indirect and direct customers
• Provide demos to customers on platform usage
• Support customers in troubleshooting issues and escalating as necessary
• Communicate important information through relevant teams
• Gain understanding of services offered and communicate to sales team

Requirements

• School leaver with some further study in ICT
• Keen interest in all things IT
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Capability of managing own workload
