Role Overview
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Support creative testing plans and collaborate on performance-driven content
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear optimizations
- Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working
- Participate in client communication around performance and results
- Support SoScale’s growth by applying and evolving proven performance frameworks
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in paid social advertising (agency, e-commerce, or DTC brand)
- Strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience managing €15,000–€50,000 in monthly ad spend
- Performance-driven mindset with curiosity for testing and experimentation
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into more responsibility
