Role Overview
- Research trends, brands, and audience behavior across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
- Support in developing creative strategies for ads, UGC, and campaigns
- Help analyze performance data to find creative insights
- Assist in preparing briefs, creative decks, and brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life
- Stay sharp on trends, creators, and what’s performing right now
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or content creation (internships or freelance count!)
- Curious about the “why” behind what makes ads perform
- Analytical mindset — you love connecting creative ideas to data
- Strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
