About this role
Role Overview
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for customer-facing automation solutions.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex automation issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
Design, build, and implement automation workflows within the company’s low-code automation platform.
Work independently to scope automation requirements, define success criteria, and deliver solutions.
Utilize Python and automation tools to develop efficient, scalable automation processes.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand automation requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
Maintain active communication with clients during testing, troubleshooting, and deployment phases.
Coordinate with support and development teams to ensure fixes are implemented and aligned with platform best practices.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support platform reliability by documenting solutions, improving workflows, and recommending automation enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in automation development or software engineering, preferably in low-code platforms.
Experience building automation workflows and system integrations using low-code environments.
Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages used in automation solutions.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in automation development.
Familiarity with API integrations and tools commonly used in the MSP ecosystem.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers in a support environment.
Excellent collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
