About this role
Role Overview
Conduct lead research and prospecting to identify target accounts and decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn and CRM data
Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social messaging to engage prospective customers
Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria before passing opportunities to Account Executives or founders
Build and maintain strong early-stage relationships with prospects, creating a positive first impression of magentIQ
Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-up activities
Collaborate closely with Founders, Account Executives, and Sales Managers on target lists, messaging, and outreach strategies
Track and report on key SDR metrics (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads, conversion rates)
Gather market feedback from prospects and share insights on competitors, trends, and product fit with internal teams
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role
Direct experience working in a US Sales organization
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
Excellent organization and time-management skills in a remote work environment
Self-starter mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
