Role Overview
- Manage the Technicians plus the central Network Team
- Inspire, support and lead a team of highly motivated people within the Network team
- Point of contact for operational aspects of the network, building strong relationships across the business
- Liaise with Department Managers across the business to ensure overall daily operations and staffing levels are maintained
- Ensure required staffing levels, through recruitment, selection and induction
- Monitor and maintain training programmes to ensure our people are skilled
- Act as an ambassador for the business, ensuring performance is analysed for continual improvements
- Oversee Drug and Alcohol testing conducted by clinicians
- Proactively communicate updates around procedures
- Conduct investigations when compliance problems arise
Requirements
- People Management experience in a team-oriented workplace
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to a high standard
- GSCE’s grades 4 – 9 in English and Maths
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams is essential for this role
