- Fluent in Czech and English
- Experience in calling and getting past gatekeepers
- Self-starter who can plan their day
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to build rapport easily
- Natural communicator
- Excellent listener
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- History of hitting and beating targets
- Highly motivated and hungry for success and growth
