Execute and optimize SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies across LATAM markets.
Perform localized CRO analysis and partner with CRO and web development teams to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Develop and optimize Portuguese and Spanish content aligned with search intent.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, site performance, structured data).
Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms.

Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and Spanish.
Advanced English level for daily communication.
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics and testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of localization and international SEO strategies, especially for Portuguese
and Spanish-speaking markets.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
